I like the fact that all selections are done at the relevant places, rather than in the builders offices. For example the kitchens are built by Carrera and you go and see them to design your kitchen. My experience with Integrity new homes Adelaide south was easy, well structured and enjoyable. Phil and Ryan was able to cooperate with me and meet me onsite to discuss build progress. The overall build quality was excellent and was due to the director overseeing the builds personally. Shane Hearps at INH head office was thorough and helpful at the front end of the job, so we had very few variations throughout the project.
From designing the house plans to adding new things, Terry was extremely helpful. Although our alfresco was separately build from the house, Terry was extremely keen on helping us out whenever he had time. Integrity New Homes saved us a lot of money, were very open to changes and it was a pleasure working with them. We highly recommend Integrity New Homes. S has built many homes in and around the Cairns area over the past 12-months with an extensive list of happy clients – many of whom will be publishing positive reviews in the coming weeks. Every builder incurs costs to progress a building contract including us.

Jamie was as helpful as he could be but the overwhelming arrogance & lies from Charles was enough to regret ever staring with him. Tradies seemed very unhappy – We started asking them about experience with him – perhaps our job was a one off – none had a good word to say about working with Charles. NEVER BUILD WITH CHARLES SAVAGE CONSTRUCTIONS. We used him as we knew him through someone, which has made this scenario even more difficult. It has been surprising the amount of negative experience we have heard about after the fact. Only wish we had done more homework before committing.
Both issues were fixed within 2 weeks of moving in. We had a look at few display homes and found Format homes to be a good pick out of the lot. Also, one of my Mrs friend built a home with Weeks & Macklin and she was happy with their quotation,service and quality. Custom Built Homes
They were honest, reliable and understanding. It is not just the poor finishes and the 10 different things we had to call them up for to FIX; but it's the lack of communication that really boils my blood. Not only that, they have changed managers and maintenance supervisors like 5 times in the last few months. I am always dealing with a different person and have to start again. Some young ladies on the phones with really poor attitude and palming customers off is just the cherry on top.
We have been to so many display homes but none compare to the quality of the way Simonds present them selves. My husband and I were so impressed with the customer service we recieved, that we went home and all we could do was talk about the care and understanding they gave us. The Homes sell them selves but the staff make it so much easier to want to buy their homes.

We weren't thrilled with the initial salesperson, but our customer liaison guy is fantastic. Every question promptly dealt with so far. I recommend the company to anyone who is interested in a custom job – they have designers they work with, or you could engage your own architect.
Being a tri/split-level home with high, raked ceilings, it was not a simple job but will be completed on time and on budget. I would definitely work with these guys again and recommend INH Central Coast without reservation. Don Sutherland and his team have been excellent to work with on my project from start to finish - we expect to move in 1 June 2020. With every construction project there will be challenges along the way.
Currently I'm trying to get final costings from Weeks but it's taking them forever to get this done. It's worrying if they are so slow even before I've signed final contracts I wonder how much slower they will go once and if I sign up. Am having similar experience right now in Adelaide SA with a build.

It was a dream for Andrew and I for a very long time to do this project. The process from start to finish with Dean and Felicity was incredibly professional and the attention to detail impressive. We built this house with Integrity Homes, mostly throughout the Covid lockdowns, from Victoria.
The workmanship and quality of the build was very good. K that has been completed that I will definitely be using Ralph to help renovate the rest of the old part of our house which is in much needed attention. Extremely satisfied with work completed by Integrity New Homes and will be recommending to friends and family. From the very begining of plans right through to the end was great. We can not thank everyone enough for the wonderful work they did. There are no reviews for Integrity New Homes Adelaide Office.
