He provided great insights and suggestions to optimize our design and the investment we were making. We required a totally custom package, from the design and facade to the windows, lighting, flooring and cabinetry. Llewyn continuously communicated throughout the build - checking in and keeping us in the loop, he ensured any issues were rectified and always made sure we were happy at every stage. He is genuine and has an exceptional work ethic. At every stage during the build, Darren kept us informed, sought feedback, and answered all our questions with amazing patience.
So communication and trust was a key factor to the success of the build. We knew using Dean, Felicity and the local Trades, that we would be looked after all the way. The pricing was great and within our nomi... The construction department was a nightmare, and the house is less than great. We moved in 3 months ago we’ve already had one doorframe tear completely away from the house as they did not nail it into the house frame - which they fixed, but not well.

Once the earthworks and foundations were laid and our supervisor Tony took over the build things really sped up and the build was completed in 5 months. All the trades were very friendly and professional and always made us feel welcome when we were on site. Tony was always available to answer any concerns we might have had and worked hard to complete the home for us. We truly love living here and would recommend Dechellis homes to anyone wanting a good quality home at an affordable price.

The job was done faster and cheaper than budgeted and Wayne sent photos and film as the project moved ahead. I am absolutely delighted, Wayne is a legend. I would recommend Darren and his contractors. Integrity homes limestone coast were professional from the beginning. Nothing was too much trouble and in fact they went over and above taking photos of our build and sending them to us at each stage. They were excellent in helping with building and design choices too.

Then they treat it as if it was on their range, and all gets installed smoothly. All the trades they use are smarter than the average bear, the gyprock guy pulled off boards and helped us relocate some power points that had been stuffed up by clipsal. The bricklayers are absolute masters – we had a random/uneven size brick in front – they had to do so much cutting, it's crisp and brilliant everywhere.
We are very happy with the high quality of the homes and will not hesitate to use SA Designer Homes again. Communication is first rate coupled with his own very high standards and good sense of humour certainly made him a pleasure to work with. Overall, a good experience with a great result. Both issues were fixed within 2 weeks of moving in. We had a look at few display homes and found Format homes to be a good pick out of the lot. Completely agree with you – terrible company and experience mainly driven by Charles arrogance & lack of care for his customers. In our experience, the customer came second. Would NEVER recommend building with Charles Savage constructions to anyone!!
Post handover queries were handled promptly and follow up communication has been fantastic. The workmanship and build quality is of a very high standard and the finished product is wonderful. I am extremely happy with my first home and would highly recommend Integrity, to anyone building in the Limestone Coast.
There are plenty of 'as it is happening' experiences there to follow along with. I was skeptical of all the great reviews, but really, I think there'll be issues with any builder – or maybe not – luck of the draw. After hand over, i noticed that they had not installed two weatherproof swiches on the external wall of the backyard and side yard. They kep saying that we will surely install them, but after several follow ups i had no success. I spent a lot of time going through consumer services, legal advice and finally i lodged my formal complaint in the magistrates court. This took more than one year and after going to the court they were forced to come and install the missing swichtes.
We built with Format Homes and they were great for us too. Any issues which came up during the build were dealt with very quickly and fairly. The sales talk was very convincing but the building quality of our house was well below what we expected. I'd got them to quote on doing some plastering / internal carpentry for me. It was a good price and I found them pretty honest and responsive.
